What's MVOP?

It's the Woodmont way! Woodmont runs on volunteer power. To harness that power and keep our costs low we charge our members an upfront MVOP (Member Volunteer Opportunities Program) charge of $150 ($75 for singles; $0 for seniors.) Once your family has contributed 5 hours (2 hours for singles) of sweat equity to WRA (volunteers must be 13 years old and above) you can request a refund of your MVOP hours. If you don't request it back we will invest it in the WRA to improve the association's future. Your contributions, whether sweat or dollars, are important to us! There are no MVOP requirements for senior members which is reflected in the senior member pricing structure. Please note: we will not start processing MVOP refunds until after June 1. We will then process once monthly. It is each member's responsibility to ensure their volunteer contributions are tracked by WRA board members and each member family must request their refund. All refunds not requested by Sept 15th each year will be reinvested.
